Welcome, we are Dennis and Sophie, a Dutch and German national who recently moved to Switzerland for work. Having a shared passion for sports, nature, film and photography, our new home at the foot of the mountains offered a unique opportunity for new experiences and countless adventures outdoors.
And then came 2020, where a global pandemic caused closed borders and lock-downs. Quickly, hikes alone in the mountains became the only point in our agenda – a wistful break from long hours of homeoffice. With increasing data on hard drives and enough time for new hobbies, the idea for this website was born: a place where we can share our hikes, images and experiences. Our aim is to inspire new and fellow hikers, while motivating ourselves to improving our photography and filming skills.
